We understand changes that may occur during a project and are prepared to respond to these changes effectively. If there are any changes to a client's request, all necessary details will be recorded on our transaction request form. We promptly submit the latest transaction request form to the engineer to ensure that all changes are properly recorded and processed.
Throughout the testing process, the BTF team closely monitored progress and maintained open communication with you. If there are any issues or concerns, we will notify customers immediately, ensuring transparency in the process and proactively resolving issues. After the draft report is released, we will promptly send it to the customer for confirmation. After the client confirms that the draft is correct, the original report will be sent to the client promptly.
