According to the Announcement of the State Administration for Market Regulation on Improving the Management of Compulsory Product Certification Certificates and Marks (No. 12 of 2023), the China Quality Certification Center is now adopting the new version of certificate format and electronic certificate document format for Compulsory Product Certification (CCC certification):
1、 New certificate style
The style of the new mandatory product certification certificate can be found in the Certification Certificate Sample column on the official website of the China Quality Certification Center (www.cqc. com. cn).
2、 Electronic certificate document format
Recommend that the authentication client only obtain electronic certificates. The electronic certificate document format is based on China's electronic document exchange and storage format standards, and the OFD (Open Fixed Layout Document) document format is used to issue electronic certificates. Can use Kingsoft WPS（ https://www.wps.cn/ ）Mathematical OFD reader（ http://www.suwell.cn/ ）Wait for OFD professional tools to view electronic certificate information and verify the electronic signature information of the certificate.
3、 Implementation arrangements
Starting from January 1, 2024, certificates will be issued and electronic certificates will be issued in accordance with the above requirements.
4、 Precautions
This adjustment does not involve the replacement of certificates that have already been issued.
For CCC certification certificates issued before January 1, 2024, as well as electronic certificates in PDF document format, new versions of electronic certificates in both format and OFD document format will be updated with the expiration and change of certificates.
