offers a streamlined process and immediate confirmation of submission status. Establishments can verify their report’s status by logging into SSTS and checking the “Submission History” for Form 3540-16. If the status reads “Accepted by EPA” or “Awaiting EPA Review,” no further action is required unless the EPA contacts you directly for additional information.
